Executive Chef

Chef Kevin DeLuca is a Connecticut native with roots in Danbury. He trained with, the James Beard award-winning, Chef Bradley Day and Chef Iain Sampson in New York and Newtown, CT.  

Chef DeLuca draws inspiration from a rich tapestry of culinary traditions, including Mediterranean, Korean, American, and Indian cuisines. This diverse background infuses his menu with a tantalizing array of flavors and innovative combinations.

Having recently relocated to New Milford, Chef DeLuca was thirsting to bring his many years of culinary expertise to life and is happy to call Good Eats Restaurant & Bar home.
